SURF BEGINNER PACK ESSAOUIRA

We stayed for a few days in Essaouira, did a beginners surfing lesson and rented equipment the next day. The course was really good and the staff of the surf school is very friendly and helpful. We would do it again!

Fantastic place to catch some days off work. Super cool vibe at the surf house as well as the school on the beach. We also had an awesome time with the team around Majid and Momo. We came there to refresh our basic surf skills and go from there on our own. Could not have hoped for a better coaching experience, especially the style they taught and the attention they paid to detail (spotted the weak points in my/our game and gave tips to immediately erase them). Surf trip to Kaoki was the cherry on the icing. Awesome time, awesome crew, definitely gonna be back!

Brilliant Surf School!

Me and my friend hit the waves with Momo and Hamza on beginner surfing lessons in September.
We had so much fun and surfing is now our new favourite hobby!!!!

The two instructors were both very expert teachers and we felt extremely safe with them in the ocean.
I highly recommend surfing with Explora - it will be the highlight of your holiday!

Brilliant, brilliant place! I’ve been twice now, staying in the surf house, once for a 6 day kite surf beginner course and once for 12 days of surfing. All the teachers are first rate, apart from being technically super qualified, they really know how to explain what you need to do to progress at all levels. I’ve seen them work with kids to 60+ year olds, beginners to super pros. Everyone comes back with the biggest grin. There’s a huge choice of equipment. All the staff (riad and beach) go above and beyond to make sure you are having fun. There are also super super caring, I managed to sprain my calf running on the beach, totally unrelated to surfing, and without even thinking twice they drove me to the physio and stayed with me just in case.... twice! I’m forever thankful.
I know already I’m going back! Essaouira itself is a beautiful place with a big choice of yummy restaurants and everything within walking distance. Both times I travelled alone and I had zero worries.
